Business-purpose financing for investment property, placed through a network of third-party wholesale lenders — DSCR on one-to-four units and multifamily, foreign national programs, asset utilization, and second liens. Odin prepares the file and matches it to the programs most likely to fit.
Capital readiness, acquisition screening, underwriting review, lender and investor materials, market research, and structured decision support for owners, investors, and operators who do not otherwise have institutional analysis available to them.
